Could I have NGU? Please HELP?

After protected sex 4 months ago at a massage parlor I have developed upper and lower abdominal pain with burning and fullness, along with lower back pain. I had sex with my wife a month and a half after exposure and she developed a bad UTI and the same abdominal pressure and back pain as I have. She has taken 3 courses of antibotics and still has some symptoms.  I Have had 2 chlamydia and Gonorrhea urine tests and both were negative. 7 days of doxy and a penicillian shot just in case.  I have recently had a full panel std test done, HIV, Hep B/C, Herp 1 & 2 Syphilis, trich, and chlamydia and gonorrhea all neg.  What could this be? A different STD? Could this be NGU? Am I missing any STD?

To get NGU the germs would need to get inside your penis but since you used a condom nothing could get inside and your symptoms are not std related.

Hi the symptoms you are having are not std related and using a condom you could not contract things that could enter your penis like gono and chlamydia. the only test your missing for your wifes protection is herpes.

Thank you for the comment.  I did have the herpes test done with the full panel.  So in you opinion I could not have caught something? You dont think it could be NGU?  Its just strange that we both feel some of the same issues.
