Could I have an STD without having sex

Hi,
I have a zit on my penis.  It is located at the beginning (near the body, on top).  It hurts a little but only if I touch it.  I was able to pop it and puss and a clear liquid (water) came out.  After, it was still there, but less big.  I tried to pop it again, and blood came out.  It is smaller than a pea, It's red and roundish.  I have had these in the past.  one or 2 month ago I got one.  I popped it and left it alone for a couple of days.  It completely disapeared.  Left a scar that is now gone.  It happened 2 years ago too. I have been suffering from acne for the last 10 years,  I am nearly 22 years old.  I never had sex or oral sex.  I think that the one Ihave right now is on the same spot I had the last one (it's close anyway).

I am super clean.  Most of the time, I showe twice a day.  I wear stretch briefs from time to time.

Could it be an STD (it looks like it comes back) eventhough I never had sex or anything close to it.

Sorry for my poor English... it's only my second language and I'm not used to write about my penis especially in a foreign language.

The more you pick at something, the worse it will look. If this was a bacterial infection, you could've spread it by picking at it too.

follow up on it with your regular doctor to see if you need antibiotics to treat it.  Also since you've had this before, perhaps a dermatologist at some point will also be helpful to find out what is causing it so that you can prevent it from reoccurring as often in the future.

Have any idea what it could be ?  It's real ugly now!  You're right, I'll stop touching it.  Should I see a doctor at all?
I would absolutely refuse to touch a girl that had something like that on her vagina... Since, it occured before and seems to come and go, it stresses me a lot.

If you've never had sex then it's not a std.

stop picking at this and see your provider.

you did a fine job writing about your penis :)
