Could I have an STD?

Yesterday at noon I received unprotected oral sex on my penis and anus from a prostitute. Her tongue may have penetrated about a half inch deep. Later that night while playing basketball I felt a sore throat coming upon me. This morning I woke up with a sore throat, which I haven't had in a while. My throat looks a little white in the mirror, and I think my lymph nodes are swollen. This is now 24 hours after possible exposure. This is also 9 weeks after a previous unprotected oral encounter. Are there STDs that cause this either 24 hours or 9 weeks after contact? I'm very worried. Thank you all for your time.

I do have canker sores in the back of my throat. It looks at torn up and white with blisters. Is there anywhere I could post a picture of it? I could take a high quality picture. I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me if my throat looks like a normal sore throat or a sore throat that needs serious medical attention. It looks pretty bad to me, but I'm not an expert.

No, testing is not needed unless you need to clear your mind or if you get symptoms (discharge, canker or sores).

Metabolism has nothing to do with a possible infection. You receiving oral sex would only see symptoms where you recieved oral sex...your penis.

Thank you for you're response. would you recommend I get tested for STDs considering I took a small risk? I have an incredibly fast metabolism, so even though symptoms would not start within 24 hours, I worry that my metabolism has already spread whatever diseases I may have to the rest of my body. Is that possible or am I just being excessively paranoid? Are there any STDs that can result in a sore throat and gas from receiving oral sex at all? I believe I read that its a part of the HIV symptoms, but I'm apparently not at risk of HIV. I'm praying this is just a cold. Again, thank you for you time, you're words are keeping me sane.

Your risk from oral sex is low. Symptoms would not start 24 hrs or 9 weeks after. And by receiving oral sex that has nothing to do with your throat.

I've also had a lot of gas and haven't had much of an appetite since the event
