Could this be an STD?! Please help I am really freaking out BAD!!!!!

Sorry in advance for all the information that will be gross to some people, I just gave every symptom that I've experienced so I could get a real definite answer! A little over the week ago I had protected anal sex and gave and received oral unprotected with another male who's status of anything is unknown to me. During the anal sex the condom DID NOT break!! We used lots of lube due to his very large size (length and thickness) and it didn't hurt or cause me any pain at all. When we were done and I pushed out the lube, there was a tiny bit of blood on the toiler paper, but so little it didn't concern me much at all. 4 days later I developed a sore throat. It seems to come and go because sometimes I don't notice its sore at all. There is no pain swallowing or talking, it just feels sort of dry... That same day I used the bathroom and there was a little bit of this long gooey light green mucus that came off on the toilet paper when I wiped. On the 5th day after my poop was still normal, with barely any green mucus on the toilet paper after wiping, but I still had a stomach ache. On the 6th day after, I had 5 bowel movements that day when I usually only have 2 or 3 a day. The first two were normal, but the third there was green poop, that came off on the toilet paper when I wiped, when usually nothing does when I wipe. The 4th one same green poop but this time some were floating. The 5th one was just the green poop. On the 7th day my poop was completely normal with no mucus at all but still a little stomach pain. On the 8th day after (today) my poop is normal, but I had very little green mucus once and the other two times I had a bowel movement there was yellow mucus on the toilet paper. On a scale of 1-10, the pain is a 2 sometimes a 3, with a few times ill get a cramp that is at about a 4. The pain is more located in my lower stomach, but sometimes at the lower left I have a stabbing pain. I don't have sex with many people, this is only the second guy I've ever had sex with. We have had sex a few times in the past and I was tested in September and everything was negative (part of my annual health check up for STDS). I'm just really worried this time. Could it really be an STD? I do have IBS with bloating, but without diarrhea. I've always off and on had the yellow mucus, but what is this green mucus and why am I having this stomach ache off and on throughout the day?! When I was a baby I was also lactose intolerant, but I've drank milk everyday constantly for years since I was probably 10 and I've never had these problems. I just don't know what to do. Its way too soon for me to even be tested for anything. The only thing that could have caused a concern is he tried to insert it in me in the shower using soap, but I made him stop and get a condom. I'm just so worried, mostly worried that if it could be anything, something that cant be cured. Please someone who knows what they're talking about comment and put my mind at ease. Should I do what I was going to do and get tested for everything in 6 or 7 weeks, or is it something I can just dismiss and carry on with? I wont even have sex with anyone else in fear that I could have something because I wouldn't want to ever possible expose someone else to something, and this is really taking a toll on me. Please help me!! ):

For HIV to be an issue, the symptoms would not commence for a couple of weeks after infection. The best guide is to look for the triad, namely:
- a very sore throat (as in wicked)
- a high temperature
- body rash.
Anything apart from these three together has a much higher chance of being something else.

Yes have a throat swab, I forgot about the unprotected oral. Overwhelmingly though this is likely to be a general bacterial issue or cold virus.

I don't know if the other comment tagged you or not. I'm mostly worried that it could be HIV... but I don't think the symptoms can show up that fast. I also smoke cigarettes and have been smoking a lot due to stress lately so maybe that could be the sore throat, but should I also go ahead and have them swab my throat also?

Where there are symptoms you need to run most things to ground. This could be part of IBS or another gut issue.

See a doctor and request anal swabs for bacteria and bacterial STIs on day 14.

These do not appear to be symptoms of anything more serious but get testing for the full suite at the right time intervals. (HIV DUO test at 28 days, then Hep B, C, HSV, syphilis at 12 weeks).

so if I have anything its most likely to be something that can be cured? Ive had this stabbing pain on the left side in the past, and had an ultrasound in 2015 for it and they said everything was normal, but it disappeared until now. If it was an std what do you think it could be...
