Cunnilingus question

About a week ago, I performed cunnilingus on a girl. Since that time, my tonsils have become swolllen and now have white spots on them. I can't remember when I first noticed that my tonsils were swollen because it came on gradually, but it was at most 1 to 2 days after this sexual episode. I went to the doctor earlier today and they tested me for strep, which came back negative. They said it was probably just a virus and would pass on its own. However, now I am worried that this could be oral gonorrhea or some other type of STD...although the doctor never mentioned this. I also have a slight fever, and the doctor said my lymph nodes were swollen. However, my throat hasn't really been sore. Do you think this could be gonorrhea or another STD? I have read that gonorrhea is relatively rare from cunnilingus. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Chlamdydia but that also has the same issue. The doctor should do a swab of your throat for all std.s not just strep.

Thanks for the info. If not gonorrhea, is there any other STD that this could be?

Hi, the thing about oral gono its not that easy to get. If she has gono in her vagina then it would have to come in contact with the back of your throat as that is where the mucus membranes are where the bacteria like to go. Getting there is not that easy as your mouth contains enzimes and other natural bacteria that are a hostle enviornemnt for std.s.
