STD worries..

I'm seriously freaking out right now. I had sex three months ago and then I started experiencing Redness, Itching, Inflammation, Sometimes painful, Sometimes burns, white discharge, Discomfort and When it itches on the inside it's just the closest part of the outside. Everything is mainly on the outside. I'm beginning to think I'm just allergic to cotton if that's even possible because everytime I wear underwear or wipe with toilet paper is when it triggers it. I can be fine and once I do those two things that's when it all seems to worsen. I stopped using my regular soap "summers eve" and a perfume scented one. Now I'm using antibacterial hand soap that seems to tame it a little bit. Enough for it not to bother me as much. Even tampons do it.. I don't know what else I could use besides them though. I don't have any sores or anything too unusual to think it's an std but the thought just freaks me out. It wouldn't go away and come back like it does if it was one would it? I've been to the doctor and he gave me medicine for vaginitis. That didn't help so it's obviously not that. I used over the counter yeast infection creams and nothing seems to work. Can someone please help. This is the most embarrassing subject for me to talk about but this is getting out of hand..

Hi, since your having a white discharge it would appear you have a yeast infection and this mostly happens when your bodies Ph if off causing natural flora to grow out of control and this yeast can cause the itching on the outside your experiencing.
Was the sex protected or unprotected? if unprotected i would have some tests for stds to rule them out but your sympotms are not in line with std,s but more a Ph issue.

You can post in the womens health group as ask some ladies their thoughts but do have a follow up with your doctor about this.
Also if you shave down there could cause the itching and if your constantly touching that area could also cause irritations.
