DESPERATE PLEASE HELP: Possible transmission of candida prostatitis???

I am a 23 year old college student and back in October 2015 I was dating a girl and had unprotected sex with her for the first time.

Within 2 days after intercourse, I got this unbearable itch on my penis under the foreskin and my entire glan and mucous membrane shaft area was itchy and red. ( I am uncircumcised btw ).

My symptoms from October 2015 until now January 2017 have been , recurring balanitis which is the biggest symptom (after masturbation or sex balanitis comes back immediatly within 24 hrs), cold hands, cold feet, pain and aching in legs thighs and groin area, unexplained weird cyst like acne on my legs and butt occasionally, bowel problems diarrhea farting, and more RECENTLY BLOOD in semen, pain after ejaculation, cold hands cold feet, and pain in testicles.

I went to my doctor and dermatologist in 2016 almost every 2 months and got STD testing for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Herpes IGG Blood test about 5 TIMES and all came back negative.
My doctor said it was Candida Balanitis and told me to just go "get circumcised" but my dermatologist said its not necessary prescribed me ketoconazole cream, fluconazole (DIflucan 2 tablets), desonide cream, ciclopirox cream, and nothing has worked.

I looked up candida and matched a lot of the symptoms and even did the water spit test and I saw a bunch of strands drooping down to the bottom of the cup.

I thought it was candida so I tried the candida diet and bought 50 bill probiotic caps, grapefruit seed extract pills, and caprylic acid pills.

Did this for a month and gave up and failed after seeing a doctor due to constant stomach pain and diarrhea and he said there's nothing wrong with me.

Now its Jan. 2017 and I am getting more intense symptoms. Severe cold hands, cold feet, blood in semen, even more recurring balanitis, and now trouble urinating which has started about 2 months ago. I cannot urinate like I used to and its very scary.

I looked up symptoms and it seems similar to candida prostatitis which is candida that settles in the prostate?
I don't know what to do.

I already took a stool test that was negative, took all the STD tests 5 times.

What do I need to do at this point? Urine culture? Penis skin culture? Candida IGG blood test?

WHAT COULD THIS POSSIBLY BE???

Please help this is destroying my life and I cannot go on living like this and I am literally broke from all the medical bills this is killing me please help :'(

Thank you all :'(

Hi, I am actually under similar situation as you, despite my case is not as terrible as you(such as blood in semen), I guess.

I totally understand how you feel when all the test results show no abnormalities yet the symptoms keep coming back.

I also desperately went searching for all relevant things(expert opinion, research articles, etc.) Sometimes the more search I did, the more anxiety it brought.

So here are some facts and advices from me.
1.All the symptoms happening(ed) to you, except those on genital area, are unrelated to any kind of Stds.(since you have conducted so many times of blood/urinary tests, do not doubt their accuracy)

2. Those symptoms on genital area happened to you may not be caused by any kinds of illness.According to my doctor, recurring balanitis are quite common among healthy men. I also experienced recurring balanitis, my doctor eventually gave me creams that help keep my skin moisture. The creams work effectively, the rate of recurrence reduced greatly.

In my opinion, go see the urological doctor when symptoms appear. Ask them to do virus and bacteria culture/PCR.If nothing detected, that's it, as you have really tried everything you can. Beyond this ,it is merely metal problem, try to adjust yourself.

No more mastubation( forgive me if I guess wrongly). It really cause damages to your urinary system, even if you are not infected with anything. Your symptoms are also common among people with mastubation-addiction.(cold body, urinating difficulty)
Start doing exercise and other necessary things needed to enhance your immunity system. I also suggest you to discuss your problem with your partner(if any), I did so and it really made me relief, my girlfriend check my pennis (do not get it wrong) everyday, once symptoms are detected we go hospital together.Remember, all the illness that could potentially "ruin" your life have been excluded,(Hiv,syphilis,Hv),the worst thing that could happen to you is urinary problem, which is not a shameful thing at all.

Hope my comment is helpful.
