DO I HAVE herpes or an STD?

5 days ago i had protected sex with a man he had underwear so i rubbed my penis on his underwear long story short i used a condom and told him i wasn't gonna rub my penis on him without him wearing boxers so we engaged in foreplay because we were both pretty ****** up why lie. I rubbed my penis with a condom on his boxers and he told me he was clean and had no STD's but i didn't trust him  because i had just met him. Is there a possibility i may have caught herpes rubbing on his underwear with a condom on my balls might have barely come in contact with his thighs but he didn't seem to have any bumps or rashes,im just super anxious because im a hypochondriac obviously and I've never done anything like that before considering he was older than me. Please help :( wasn't expecting to do such a thing. Btw i hadn't shaved i had alot of hair antop of the condom and him using boxer shorts. But is there any way my balls could have contracted it from his legs whiched seemed clean like viral shedding and etc. Please help :(
