You don't have to wait 6 months to test. The window for each STD varies. For HIV the new standard is 3 months. Some are even taking 6 weeks to be conclusive enough.

Social Hygiene clinics are typically health centers but they specialize on VD. There's one for each city. The Social Hygiene Clinic in Manila is in front of San Lazaro Hospital. Quezon City has two. One beside Ramon Magsaysay High School in Cubao (in front of Nepa Q Mart) and the other in in Veterans Village in Project 7.

Bro,

Unprotected vaginal sex poses a high risk for STDs and even HIV. Stop having contact with your wife for the mean time and schedule for testing. I'm not sure about the window periods but I'm sure others here can help us with that.

I'm here in the Philippines too. Most of the establishments here have their CSWs test regularly. However, a risk remains a risk so better be cautious next time.

Visit the nearest social hygiene clinic. They test for free.

Be safe bro!

Thanks for your immediate response, I had oral and vaginal sex with a CSW women, can't determine duration of contact since I was drunk at the time, next day I contacted her and that was the only time I knew what happened.
Infact I am not too sure if anything did happen due to my state of drunkenness then, I am just looking at the *what if* scenario.
All that was told to me was due to my being too drunk she had to give me a blow job to get an erection after which she gave me a vaginal sex but had to stop since I can't ejaculate and we left the room. Thanks again in advance.

Hi

Ejaculation has no effect on the % probability of getting an STD

The % probability of gettin an STD from Oral sex is low.   About 3% or less. But this varies from incident to incident and individual to indivdual and location to location.

For example let's say at midnight you decided to pick up a street walker in East LA or some Red light district, and turns out she's a TS, and she ended up gaving you oral sex.  This would stil be low risk and there would be a SLIGHT concern.

Example 2 to you let your girlfriend from whom you've known for 10 years give you oral sex.   This would be low risk, close to no risk at all.

The thing that plays a significant role is, and what would help us, is if you used a condom or not for vaginal sex.
