Detection of syphilis

Please help me , I would like to ask in high-risk behavior after 6 weeks, only detected syphilis TPAB did not detect RPR, the result is negative, can rule out syphilis infection? Do I need to test a RPR to completely rule out?And HIV completely ruled out after 6 weeks? Thank you very much

I was unfamiliar with the test you took but from my reading it appears that test is good enough and reliable.

No, I only tested the antibody for syphilis at six weeks, and did not test RPR, which could rule out my infection with syphilis..

So you had 2 syphilis tests at 6 weeks? That would be fine.
