Diagnosed with BV, Can I still have chlamydia ?

I was diagnosed with BV, I was given metronidazole for a week. I looked inside my vagina and it’s still white. Tomorrow is day 3 of the treatment. The discharge is not transferring to my underwear, however I’m just so afraid I can have chlamydia. I’m wondering how Can I tell, or how does Chlamydia discharge look. I have milky white inside and the odor is gone now. Does chlamydia discharge look a different color? Also before I got my treatment I noticed that after I had sex I had a green type of discharge and that was the reason I went to get checked. I’m just desperate and I was told result take 10 days. No other symptoms
