Concerned regarding Stis

Recently I performed unprotected oral sex on a female and unprotected sex. I know this female and she says shes been checked and is clean. A long time ago I was with this same female and after giving her oral I woke up the next day with a sore throat. Which turned into a cold in which I thought I had developed strep throat. I tested negative for strep and eventually got over the illness. I am wondering if this time it is similar. About an hour afterwards I could feel my throat feeling sore. I woke up with a sore throat, which has increased to congestion. I have been coughing up mucus that is yellow and the other day with specks of blood (most likely from dry nose or irritated throat). I went in to get an Sti test and will do the urine sample Friday. I'm wondering what you think this is? The research I have done state's that gonorrhea and clamidiya normally come after a week. Also that strep bacterial exists in the vagin. So it leads me to believe that I am fine. Should I get a throat swab for oral sti or will I naturally get over this?
Thank you!
