Do I have a STD or am I thinking to much?

I had this itchiness in my penis do I start to use polysporin for a couple weeks but after I stop using it ac redness itch in my penis head appeared ..( I don't know the cause, if it was a sulfur soap I was using, if was someone I was seing, or if it's  my body immune system that's is low  due to passing through a very hard emotional change) before I decided to go to the doctor I googled the symptoms and it showed ( cancer, balantitis, warts growing underneath my skin, fungal infection, make Yeats infection as I'm  uncircumcised ) so I sticked to the closer one I thought it was ( make yeats) i tru garlic, yogurt, I changed my diet for a heater one ... It worked but everytime I masturbated I got this red pimples on the head of my penis... So I tried the last thing detox my body which I don't noticed any different....then I took fluconazole pills for 4 weeks ( one every week) but it didn't work  so finally i went to the doctor and he said it was a fungal infection, he prescribed me ratio nystatin., I used for 2 weeks and then it was fine, one day I was masturbating and I noticed that my penis head got red. And after that I got red pimples I was freaking out. So I went back to the doctor and he say I was fine and I don't need to worry cause sometime fungal infection takes long to heal , so he prescribed me clotrimaderm... Which works but If i don't put it everyday me penis feels uncomfortable, I used I for a week and there's was not a big change, then I went to the dermatologist , he saw my penis and he said I was fine and I asked it if this could be a STD he said no..... Cause there was not  discharge or weird rush on the skin head of my penis.... He prescribed me same cream (clotrimaderm) but this time with hidrocortizone 1% I used it for a week and was ok.... But now everytime I masturbate, my penis head gets very red and I feel some sort of burning sensation, pain, and it feels very uncomfortable . I was thinking maybe the skin of my penis head has thin out due to do many things I've been using  and I should stop use creams and let it heal itself,
I would appreciated any kind of help u can provide I'm freaking out to the point that I dot wanna do anything with my friends anymore (thinking I'm sick, i even start to google aids and so other deceases,)  but the weird thing is my penis  never  has show any kind of estrange pimples or discharge of any kind.....  Im honestlt getting depress with this, its being over 4 months I've been dealing with this, and I don't know what to do if do a blood taste for HIV and other STD or stick to what the doctor snd dermatologist told me....,,,,

I already did a general doctor and a dermatologist they sent md home to apply a cream for as long it takes to heal ... But I don't know I'm freakung out I never had a problem with my penis.... I've been just home... I'm being away from my friends ...... :(

I was seeing someone but I stop as he was just having fun and no serious..... I had sexual experiences but just touching  and maybe sucking sometimes..... But never intercourse or whatever..... With the person i was seeing I used protected sex....just once with no protection as we were dating .... But after that I cut the meeting cause it was not working of leading whatever i wanted it to lead....

Without sexual history difficult to say this is a STD. Based on symptoms, I would guess not a STD and follow what your Dr's have said.
