is this a sign of any std like ? please experts give me advice

hello, i am 22 years old and residing in india , i had sex with a prostitute 10 days back , i had done so mny mistakes prior going to that place itself , but now i am so worried and honestly each and every day i am counting the time on myself, please help me out if anybody can :(
when i went there ,  i was told not to kiss her and not to take any such risks where because of the excitement , i lost the control , i used two condom to have sex where it didnt last for even 2 minutes but i had done mistakes like touching and kissing her breast and i had touched her genital area so she told me not to touch there , i didnt understand why does she said so, later sharing this incidence to one of my friend , he told me she might be suffering from  std ot sti hence she didnt let you touch , but it was too late since i touched her , after getting back to my home i felt a burning sensation on my glan , so after 5 days feeling guilty i went to the doc and asked me to check me out and take some tests so he has asked for an HIV test after 6 months and he had asked the reports of cbc where it says that i am all normal but yet we didnt do any std test but he told me that you had chemical reaction with the condom , he gave me two medicines one was zidolam-n and one was zathrin 500 , it was a 5 day course  when i was on the course no taste to my tongue , pain in my abdomenal part and loose motion was the case , the course got over two days back. now today morning i checked myself since its been 10 days there is a little very small one  blister on my glan of the penis and i feel few bumbs sometimes since i had sex , i am so worried , please let me know what to do docs :) please
again just to make to very clear i am summing up that 1. i touched her genital area 2. i kissed her breast 3. i had bath after 3 hours where i reached home . 4. i went to the doctor after 5 days . 6 now its been 10 days and the 10th day is running itself 11. i am having few bumps in the meanwhile and a single blister on te glan . 12. no yellow urine . 13. no burning sensation while urinatiing .
i really appreciate that all the experts are going through each and every word which people like me are sharing , and many people did tell me this that putting two condoms at the same time was also the one of the risk factor , now it's been 12 days since i had done such horrible mistakes and that sexual contact, yesterday i went to the doctor again the reason was that i had a burning sensation on my penis glan where i had found a watery little blister , i rushed to the doctor asap and he told me that it's a condom allergy , now he has given me particular medial course and also one cream to apply which is candid - b two times a day , honestly sir don't know what is this new thing into me has come up. To be honest i am still worried though i am not seeking for sympathy sir but still worried wheather it can be a std or sti or uti ?? :/ i had asked this query to the doc as well  but he has said that even if its what you think it is well then the result will take atleast a month to be positive so he has asked me to visit at the month end but in the meanwhile my mind is killing me and i am having this problem of dierrhea ( i really respect you all experts that you pays attention to such a hyper guy like me :) please advice or guide me
