Risky Situation?

Ok, so I had sex a couple nights ago, we used a condom, but during sex he started preforming oral on me and I stopped him after like a minute. I started having really bad burning almost immediately after sex. I am still having it, I went to the hospital last night and the DR. there told me i had a uti, and said he thought the vaginal burning was due to a latex allergy. He didn't even do a pelvic tolook at anything. He said that he didn't feel I needed any std testing as I wasn't really at risk.

1. I guess my question is how much of a risk was I at?

2. What could I have potentially contracted?

3. When should I test, like what is the earliest I can test?

I see no reason to test.

Can women get chlamydia from receiving oral...anything is possible. But it's not going to happen. 1st oral chalmydia is very very hard to get because chlamydia does not take to the mouth and throat. And because most of the action for oral on a woman is exterior it makes the mechanics of it very very difficult.

This is something you don't need to worry about.

Should I test anyway just to be on the safe side? How long should I wait to test?

I don't know any info on allergic reactions.

It is rare for a woman to get gonorrhea from oral sex and i'll say it's not going to happen.

Thank you for the reply. So you cant contract chlamydia, or gonorrhea through unprotected oral sex? I have read so many sites stating conflicting information. If this is an allergic reaction to the condom or spermicide, how long is it gonna take for the burning to go away? its driving me crazy.

1. Protected sex...almost no risk, oral almost no risk
2. HPV or herpes would be the real only possiblility but very unlikely and your symptoms have nothing to do with those STD's.
3. You really have no reason to test at all.
