Do I've a STD from giving *******?

I gave a blowjob to a man I met on the internet, also rimmed him. No symptoms for 3 weeks. Then I came down with flu and diarrhea which is still persistent. Blood and stool tests are normal with little mucous present. The mods have ruled our hiv and I also tested at 11 weeks, came negative.

I wanted to know, in your experience are my symptoms in any ways related to any stds. Don't remember having any sores anywhere on the body.

Symptoms:
Diarrhea with malaise on and off for 3 months (could it be gut infection from rimming?)
Red spots on tip of tongue, small bump back of throat
Dry Mouth at night

Your risk for a STD's was low and symptoms are not of a STD. If concerned have a mouth swab for gonorrhea and blood test at 3 months for herpes and syphilis.
