Do i have HIV, Herpes, HPV? (any stds?)

About 16 weeks ago i have protected intercourse with a girl i barely knew. before we engaged in sex she did touch my penis and i specifically remember her accidentally touching the inside of my penis while giving me a hand job. Also i sucked her nipples as well. About a week later i developed a sore throat and my genital region was also itchy. i was given meds for the sore throat but in the process of taking them i was also smoking weed daily because then i was a pothead. The sore throat pain seemed to go away but when i looked in the mirror at my throat i could see my tonsils were raw and the back of my throat had red bumps but i ignored it because the pain was gone and just assumed it was normal. I have been tested for chlamydia, ghonorea, hiv, and syphillis at my 15 week mark which was last week. On my 11th week mark i was tested for herpes through a blood test and they never called me back so i assumed either my antibodies havent developed or i am negative....Recently this week i have been getting a sore throat on and off at different times of the days and sometimes when i swallow. I noticed my left tonsil has been developing some white spots on it. Also i recently discovered that what tonsil stones were and i had a few last night. but from what i remember i have been getting those for a while even before i knew they were called tonsil stones. i though it was normal. It feels kinda sore when i swallow. Also sometimes my skin gets very itchy. mainly on my upper arms, chest, back, neck, head and around my scrotum. I have a cluster of small bumps on my upper arm that are skin/white colored and they showed up after i had severe itching there one day. But even after days and weeks they can still be recognized even when its not itchy. i have several other spots like these on my body also that use to itch. Recently this week the side/back of my neck would start to hurt and also sometimes i get ear pains also. Like behind my ear hole area. I have been experiencing extremely abnormal things happening to my body. I get joint pains everyday and the occasional muscle pains. The joint pains are on my knees, back of my thighs, basically everywhere. The joint pains are on different locations of different joints, its very worrisome. The muscle pains vary the same also. From my triceps, behind my thighs down to my calf. Also on top of all these symptoms i have to worry about my urethra problems. It has been atleast a year since i remember normal peeing. I feel like my stream isnt strong like it use to be and harder to pee. Sometimes when i start to pee, there are different streams like there's a divider in my urethra or something. But it doesnt happen like that when i have to pee very bad and i let it all out. Also after i finish peeing i always feel like there is urine trapped in my urethra. I had a discharge before within my 16 weeks and got anti biotics for it and my "urethra infection" that the doctor assumed it was but my urethra problems are still the same. i don't get any discharge anymore that i know of but the urine gets stuck and after i finish using the restroom and resume back to living life, a little bit of pee comes out on its own. in fact it feels a lot better when it does so i milk it sometimes to let it come out. My urethra doesnt usually hurt but if it does its after i pee, not during.ALso about 1-2 years ago i was told at a hospital after getting a ultrasound??? or sonogram???? (took pictures of my testicles) that i have testicular hydrocele on my left testicle after experiencing pain there. I looked it up online and it reasoned that i got it due to my urethra being so messed up. like i said i have been having urethra problems where its narrow and not the same. I am terrified i have a std...Does it sound like one? HIV? Herpes? HPV? Hep?  Please any feed back/advice will be deeply appreciated. PLease help. Thank you

especially for the symptoms such as joint/muscle pain, urethra stricture, and itchy skin??? Those are the ones i worry about most

Unfortunately i have not yet but i will definitely bring it up to my doctor when i go see her later this week. Would these symptoms match for prostate? How about for HIV? I am worried even more because my current girlfriend has also been getting itchy lately. She also seems to be getting red spots on her upper body as well. So my question is do these symptoms that i describe match prostate problems? Whether it be enlarged prostate, or whatever other problem? And also do they match HIV, Herpes, or any other stds?

did you have get your prostate checked like I recommended when you posted originally in the herpes forum?

Also i would like to add that i have had sex with 3 girls that i didnt know well at all within these past 17 months. All one night stands. Two protected, one unprotected. on the unprotected girl i performed and received oral which was 17 months ago. The next encounter i had brief moment of protected sex then received protected oral. This was about 9 months ago. Then my third encounter was my most recent. It was 16 weeks ago, and i explained my encounter in the text above.
