Does burning eyes all day signify std or acute hiv infection?

I had a recent encounter with a girl who turned out to be HIV+. Vaginal (protected) sex, 2 seconds of oral (insertive) which I stopped her and a lot of forplay (fingering).  Shortly there after my eyes began to burn and noticed some small bumps around the base of my penis just outside the rim of the condom. I'm scared now because this burning in my eyes lasts all day long. Could be from too much Google, don't know but if you could please shed some light on this It would be greatly appreciated? Also, tested negative @ 6 weeks for hiv. Please help!

Been reading online of dry eyes as being a symptom of auto immune diseases and have been experiencing dry, red eyes in the morning that gets better after a while, but grows increasingly worst throughout the day into the night. The sex was protected but then had what could have been a condom rash, not sure (some red, some brown, round bumps) around base of my penis kind of itchy that when away after 4 or 5 days. Went to the clinic just before they disappeared and they weren't sure either. I told them to prescribe me a penicilian shot. Scared out of my mind right now. Have not stopped Googling since the beginning of Dec. 2012. Going for 8 week test next week. Can somebody please help me out with their opinion? It would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Thanks!
