Does my boyfriend have an STD??

My boyfriend just recently started complaining about pain and tenderness down below. For a long whill he continued to say that he wasnt doing anyone eles. But finally he came clear and said he had oral sex with someone he dont know. For the pain he went to the hospital, the doctor there said he had epididymitis. I searched and searched on the internet for how and I keep getting STD related answers. I need to know because before I knew about the situation we were still having sex. Do you think he has an STD?? Is it a possibility of me being infected??

I would advise that you get tested for gonorrhea. He could get tested for gonorrhea and NGU. If he just was given oral sex then those are the 2 things he could have gotten.

It sounds like he overdid it when he was given oral sex.

Although I don't believe there is an issue, ask him to go get a test done for Chlamydia trachomatis.
