STDs or HIV?

I'm 35 male and made a biggest mistake of life 7 weeks ago. I was quite drunk and met a girl in the train with whom I did a unprotected vaginal sex. As I finished, I saw my penis soaked in blood. Ran to home and in an hours time I took a bath and washed my private area completely.

On 11th day I took the PCR RNA test which came out negative. The test is qualitative and I know is not reliable.
Last week the girl met me again and I got to know that she is HIV+ and not taking any medication.
I took a DUO test post 28 days and on 52 day result came out to be 'Not detected'.
Im in 8th week now from the day of incident.

I've tested for all STDs on 29th day as well as on  52nd day and all came out to be negative. Do you think I should repeat them at the end of 3 months?
Below are few symptoms which are bothering me:

A. I've swollen lymph nodes ( I can feel them under the jaw though but not so enlarged which other people can notice it) since 4 weeks now. But when I swallow saliva then I can feel pain and beads under the jaw

B. Yellowish Urination.

C. Weight loss 4 Kgs
Are these stds symptoms? If yes, then which STD test i should repeat post 3 months? Or should I go for HIV test?

Hi taking the duo test at 28 days would be conclusive that you dont have HIV

Thanks Dave. So what should be my next steps? I'm loosing weight, my eyes are red all the time. swelling in the salivary gland under the jaw (which earlier I was thinking as a lymph node) are making me restless.
Is it HIV or any other STD, i'm not able to understand. Please help me.
symptoms of std from unprotected vaginal sex are white puss penis discharge, burning while urinating, inside urethra itching or genial sores that all develop about 2 weeks later.

Small typo in the first statement - it's been 8 weeks not 7 weeks.
