Does this sound like symptoms of any particular STD?

Hello.  About 3 weeks ago, I had sex with a commercial sex worker (first time ever I have done such a thing). I have had no previous history of any STI/STD (only had one sexual partner prior).  During the intercourse the condom came off a few times, and I think there may have been a point where my penis was inside uncovered.  I also received unprotected oral sex.  Since then I have been extremely paranoid and suffering anxiety.  Two weeks after the encounter, I developed a headache with chills/night sweats (that lasted one night) and diarrhea lasting a week.  There was a bug going around my colleagues with the same symptoms so hopefully I had what they did. I am also in a foreign country and may have been suffering from Traveler's Diarrhea. Now after feeling normal again (three weeks after the encounter), going on a 3 mile run, and sitting in a dry sauna for 15 minutes I noticed two separate skin colored splotches on the tip and shaft of my penis.  They are very difficult to see (don't look like bumps and are painless), and I am not sure if they have always been there, but I noticed them upon examination (I have been paying extra close attention lately).  I also have felt tenderness in one of my testicles, but it could be all in my head due to anxiety/paranoia.  I am going to meet with a Urologist this week to get tested, but want to know in the mean time if this sounds like anything in particular.  Thank you.

UPDATE: the marks haven't amounted to anything in the past few days.  I think they are nothing.  I also failed to mention that it was after I masturbated.  Yesterday, after masturbating and hopping in the shower, I noticed a few red dots on the right side of the tip of my penis.  I freaked out at first, but realized they were painless and they went away after an hour.  I can't see them at all this morning. I did research and think that it was irritation.  I am experiencing no symptoms at this time other than tricks I think my mind is playing on me.  I say this because throughout the day I will think I am experiencing certain symptoms, such as pain in my testicle or groin, or my tongue, or penis tip, (whatever symptom I read about online at the time), and when I get distracted or when I wake up in the morning, I am experiencing no symptoms at all.  Given my history of anxiety, I think this is quite possible.  Still going to play it safe and get a check up at the Urologist this week.  One of the main things causing me anxiety is the possibility of HIV.  Since I experienced flu like symptoms (headache/severe diarrhea) approximately two weeks after the incident, I am very concerned.  Does anyone have any thoughts? Thank you very  much.
