Red dots on the tip of my penis
I jacked off abt a year ago and had a red mark on the head of my dick. I ignored it and it went away after a few days. Today I jacked off and I had larger darker red marks this time. I only use spit is this normal or an std, I figure it's from irritation and maybe I should just give it a rest and let it heal. Can anyone help?
