Not sure what I have

First thank you for taking the time to reply, I really applicate it.

A couple of days ago I was in Las Vegas and had sex with a stripper. We had sex late in the night on9/1/2016. This was after a party where I consumed a large amount of alcohol (my bad). The incident included a BJ with a condom followed by her on top finishing the job (she was not on top for long). However, she was on top for a while, not too long.
I have been a heavy drinker most of my life, but after this incident I quit cold turkey and have not had a drink since and plan not too.  I made such a mistake and dont ever want that to happen again.

I had flown home the next day and did not have much of an appetite (probably due to the alcohol consumed) on 9/2/2016 and showed signs (according to the web) of herpes. My symptoms include:
My scrotum was red and irritated, I was getting a burning and itching sensation through my groin area and tingling down my legs (upper thighs and above the knees). In addition I was nauseous and I felt bad enough and worried enough to call my doctor and tell him of the incident. He had me come in and did a STD screen and started me on a Zpack (Azithromycin)

In addition to stop the burning and itching I found an older medication that I had from a year ago of Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate. I applied it in on 9/2/2016 at noon and then once again at night.

Now on 9/3/2016 I still have a little burning on the right side of my scrotum in the inner thigh and between at the base of my penis . The scrotum is still a little red. There does seem to be a small red blister in the area on the right side, the area that I am feeling the discomfort is below. I believe I also have been having flu like simptoms - not sure but I was feeling cold all that day.
Filled with anxiety...Really has me down. I now have a localized burning on my right side by the small red blister between my peniss and my inner thigh. Not sure what that is but I don't believe it was there yesterday.  In addtion, I have a burrning sensation at the base of my penis and on the backside of my butt that comes and goes.  Sometimes there is tingling in my legs - thighs right above the neek cap.

My main concern is a the small red bump - almost like a little pimple.- red and flat with a white spot on the outer edge. About 1 or 2 mm in size.  It has not changed shape or size in 24 hours.  My first though was herpies.

Question: What are my chances of having contracted herpies or could this be something else?

Question: Some people were thinking this was not herpies, if not else could it be?

How soon do signs of STD's show up?

Any advice would be great, I can send a pic of the area if you need to see

Thanks once again
