Doubts about tests and antibiotic interference

Hello everyone, I apologize for my English I am asking for your help from Italy.

I'll tell you what happened:

August 10 - I had sex with a transsexual (active and passive oral without protection, active penetration with a condom);

13 September (34 days after contact) - test: HIV IV / Pharyngeal PCR / Syphilis total antibodies (EIA) / Hcv ab;

All negative results, the only one positive for pharyngeal Ureaplasma Urealyticum.

22-28 September - Bassado treatment (100 tablets twice a day for 7 days);

10 October (60 days after contact) - test: IV generation HIV - NEGATIVE;

October 19 (69 days after contact and 20 days after the end of treatment with Bassado) - private laboratory test: Vdrl and Tpha - NEGATIVE;

October 25th - test: Pharyngeal PCR - Still positive for Ureaplasma U.

10-19 November - Moxifloxacin treatment (400 tablets once a day for 10 days);

November 22 (103 days after contact, 3 after the end of the treatment with Moxifloxacin and 54 after the one with Bassado) - test: Treponema Ab (Chemiluminescence) less than 0.1 and Vdrl less than 1:2 - NEGATIVE;

December 15th - test (126 days after contact and 23 days after the end of treatment with Moxifloxacin): pharyngeal PCR / Hcv Ab both NEGATIVE;

Around January 14th I noticed a pink patch in the groin area (to which a very small one was added nearby), itchy and also flaking.
Over the days I also scratched myself causing bleeding and the color varied from light pink to deep red.
They were seen by a dermatologist who told me it was seborrheic dermatitis.

However, I was left with the fear of syphilis and I did it again:

January 23 (160+ days after contact 60+ after end of treatment with Moxifloxacin and 100+ after Bassado) - test: VDRL+TPHA both negative results (<1:2 and <1:80).

Having said all this, I have some questions that no one has given me a clear answer to.

1 - HIV: With the two tests at 34 and 60 days, both IV generation, can I definitively dismiss the matter?

2 - Ureaplasma U.: It finally tested negative, can I close this one too?

3 - HCV: I took the last antibody test at 126 days, I should repeat it at 180 to be 100% sure, right? In that case, would a rapid capillary test also be suitable?

4 - Syphilis: My main doubt is on this topic.
Could the antibiotic treatments I listed and the proximity to the different tests have given me a false negative or lengthened the window period?
Can I consider the last test done (23 January) 100% definitive and definitively rule out syphilis from my head?

Thank you so much for your time, I really need help.

HCV is very rarely sexually transmitted. When it is, it is transmitted by unprotected anal. It is only transmitted by blood.

As Gaz said, this is all closed. You can move on.

Anxiety is playing a massive part here. In reality, the risk was so low there was no need to even test. But ill answer your questions:

1 - HIV: With the two tests at 34 and 60 days, both IV generation, can I definitively dismiss the matter?
Oral sex does not carry a risk of HIV. There was never a risk as penetrated sex was protected.

2 - Ureaplasma U.: It finally tested negative, can I close this one too?
Ureaplasma is not a huge deal. Alot of people have it living with them and it only causes a problem it over populates and causes symptoms. The normal battery of STI test do not test for ureaplasma

3 - HCV: I took the last antibody test at 126 days, I should repeat it at 180 to be 100% sure, right? In that case, would a rapid capillary test also be suitable?
You wore a condom for the penetrative sex. Hep C would not be a concern from this event.

4 - Syphilis: My main doubt is on this topic.
Could the antibiotic treatments I listed and the proximity to the different tests have given me a false negative or lengthened the window period?
Can I consider the last test done (23 January) 100% definitive and definitively rule out syphilis from my head?

You 100% do not have syph.

Calm down and relax. The risk from this even is a low one and one I would not even take a minute more of your time.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate your comments.
Gaz you're right, anxiety actually played a fundamental part in my story.
I am a donkey in the medical field, I was afraid my treatment with bassado (insufficient doses for syphilis) hadn't "killed" all the treponemal bacteria, delaying the appearance of antibodies and thus lengthening the testing window period.
I believe in the negativity of my tests. This doubt about antibiotics/antibodies left me confused, in addition some venereologists told me that there is no correlation between antibiotics and tests, while others told me that they could interfere, result: panic.

Some antibiotics can indeed post a false answer on a test. But your risk was so low for syphilis that I wouldn't have even suggested that you need to test for it. But you had a massive gap between them meds and the test.

You can defo move on from this event - nothing bad has happened from it!

On of AJs fav sayings is "Guilt does not equal risk". Basically you may have done something you regret doing, but it doesn't make the initial risk any worse than what it was - almost zero percent.
I totally agree with everything in this - the timing, the risk, everything.

I use this comment not to push my question up, but just to thank you for your kindness, help and knowledge.
If the anxiety episodes continue I will visit a psychologist to overcome my problems which at this point should only be in my head.
Thank you very much.
You're welcome. Take care. :)
