Drunken Unprotected Sex - Discharge/itching/burning ?

Hi everyone!  First timer here... Two months ago, I got extremely drunk and had unprotected sex with someone I had just met :(  Since that night, I've had disgusting discharge (sorry for being so graphic)!!  It is a yellowish/brownish discharge with awful itching and burning and a foul odor.  I took Cipro for a few days (I had some antibiotics left over from a prior ear infection) and that helped with the itching.  I no longer itch or burn down there, but the discharge is still constant.  Today, as I was taking a shower, I was cleaning "up there" and discovered two tiny bumps on my cervix. No pain or bleeding, just two small bumps, one on the left and the other on the right.  So of course I am now thinking Herpes =(  I do not have a doctor but I will get to a free health clinic next week but until then... does anyone think this sounds like Herpes or any other STD?  Thanks in advance and yes I know, very stupid mistake I made!!!  I've got to stop drinking.

it's unfortunate that you self treated with a partial antibiotic dose  - it's potentially going to mess up your future testing .

at this point, you need to be seen and get a proper exam and testing done.

also no need to be sticking your fingers up so far inside your vagina that you can feel your cervix either - no need to put soap up that far as well as you can just introduce bacteria up there needlessly too by doing so.

if it's been at least a week since you last had sex, you can get tested for gonorrhea , chlamydia , trich and bv now.  you need to wait at least 3 months post encounter for type specific herpes igg blood testing. Next week will be too late for lesion cultures of symptoms if you have herpes symptoms now.
