spots on glans

i am 16 years now and all my relationships have been protected. about a year ago, if not more, i noticed white spots on my bellend or 'glans'. although worried, i am a very layed back and lazy person and so i ignored them. However, it has now got to the point where they can no longer be ignored. They are very small and raised and form columns or rows down the top/surface of my bell.
I hope they are harmless and an infection that can be removed and please don't tell me they are PPPs!!!

Many thanks, panti

Well, that is not a reason to tell you something you don't want to hear.  You need to see a doctor and discuss it with them.  We cannot diagnose you, test you, nor treat you.  And it would be unethical to tell you or not to tell you something just because you do or do not want to hear it.

Thanks for the reply but
the reason i didn't want to be told they're ppps is cause they are on the top surface of my glans and not round the rim- therefore they're not the best looking thing and i'd rather have them removed than be stuck with 'em

these sound exactly like pearly papules. No idea why you don't want to hear that. far better to hear it's something normal than something that is contagious and can be passed on to others don't you think?

if you are concerned, be seen and get a proper work up done to find out what is going on.
