Hello everyone, I apologize for my English I am asking for your help from Italy.
I'll tell you what happened:
August 10 - I had sex with a transsexual (active and passive oral without protection, active penetration with a condom);
13 September (34 days after contact) - test: HIV IV / Pharyngeal PCR / Syphilis total antibodies (EIA) / Hcv ab;
All negative results, the only one positive for pharyngeal Ureaplasma Urealyticum.
22-28 September - Bassado treatment (100 tablets twice a day for 7 days);
10 October (60 days after contact) - test: IV generation HIV - NEGATIVE;
October 19 (69 days after contact and 20 days after the end of treatment with Bassado) - private laboratory test: Vdrl and Tpha - NEGATIVE;
October 25th - test: Pharyngeal PCR - Still positive for Ureaplasma U.
10-19 November - Moxifloxacin treatment (400 tablets once a day for 10 days);
November 22 (103 days after contact, 3 after the end of the treatment with Moxifloxacin and 54 after the one with Bassado) - test: Treponema Ab (Chemiluminescence) less than 0.1 and Vdrl less than 1:2 - NEGATIVE;
December 15th - test (126 days after contact and 23 days after the end of treatment with Moxifloxacin): pharyngeal PCR / Hcv Ab both NEGATIVE;
Around January 14th I noticed a pink patch in the groin area (to which a very small one was added nearby), itchy and also flaking.
Over the days I also scratched myself causing bleeding and the color varied from light pink to deep red.
They were seen by a dermatologist who told me it was seborrheic dermatitis.
However, I was left with the fear of syphilis and I did it again:
January 23 (160+ days after contact 60+ after end of treatment with Moxifloxacin and 100+ after Bassado) - test: VDRL+TPHA both negative results (<1:2 and <1:80).
Having said all this, I have some questions that no one has given me a clear answer to.
1 - HIV: With the two tests at 34 and 60 days, both IV generation, can I definitively dismiss the matter?
2 - Ureaplasma U.: It finally tested negative, can I close this one too?
3 - HCV: I took the last antibody test at 126 days, I should repeat it at 180 to be 100% sure, right? In that case, would a rapid capillary test also be suitable?
4 - Syphilis: My main doubt is on this topic.
Could the antibiotic treatments I listed and the proximity to the different tests have given me a false negative or lengthened the window period?
Can I consider the last test done (23 January) 100% definitive and definitively rule out syphilis from my head?
Thank you so much for your time, I really need help.
