Fearful of STD risk from massage.

I was at this massage parlour in Singapore 6 weeks ago and the masseuse suddenly touched my penis. Since then I have been extremely fearful of catching a STD. Lately, I have been having this slight burning sensation around the tip of head of the penis but no pain or irritation during urinating. This morning I saw a small red spot in the head of the penis.
Should I be concerned?

Well went to see the doctor today and looks like I have developed thrush - I have been given an anti-fungal cream to put on for a week. Lets hope that cures it...

Thanks Grace. Yes, that's all that happened. She started rubbing my penis and asked if I wanted a penis massage. I said I didn't and she tried again...and I left after that.
I never expected this sort of situation - I do go for regular massage due to my back pains...but this one time I was overseas and had a different treatment altogether.

you won't get a std if all the contact was they touched your penis.
