Fordyce Spots/STD/Yeast infection

I have small white spots on the inner lips of my vagina which look alike to ones i have on the corners of my upper lip and that my boyfriend has under the head of his penis. From looking online these spots look alike to Fordyce Spots but as we both have had dodgy previous sexual partners we are worried its an std. I also have a thick white creamy discharge that comes from my vagina but also appears thickly around my clitoris and inner lips of vagina, and a very bad smell coming from my vaginal area. At times the white spots on my vagina seem to have a discharge when squeezed. Is this an std / fordyce spots combined with some form of yeast infection??

...one more comment. You should both get tested for STDs because you have had multiple partners in the past. Going forward you should decide whether or not to get tested annually as long as you are in this relationship.

The bumps sound like fordyce spots. They are probably unrelated to the discharge and smell.

The discharge should be checked out by a doctor.

It could be a yeast infection, an std, etc.  The only way you'll know for sure is to see your doctor and get tested.

Feel better,
