possible std symptoms or am I being paranoid

I had unprotected anal and oral sex with someone who I have been talking to since then, although they cannot remember the last time they had been tested they have told me they they are "very clean".  I found out later that this person is also allergic to condoms so they are rarely used which caused me to start to worry even more.  This occurred 10 days ago now, the last 4-5 days I have had such severe anxiety that i did not eat for 3 days and i am intensely anxious from when i wake up to when i go to sleep, my whole day involves me worrying that I contracted a horrible std like hiv or herpes.  Today (day 10 after) I pulled my foreskin back to find 2 small slightly red patches under my foreskin, the patches do not itch or aggrivate me at all but since seeing them I have been extremely worried.  As soon as I saw the patches I went into the shower and washed extremely well with body soap, when I got out I saw that the redness was already fading, and now (about 90 minutes after shower) I do not see the red patches anymore but my foreskin does feel slightly tight when I pull it back. So my question is what would cause my foreskin to have red patches that seem to have dissappeared after a shower.

PS I also noticed at about day 5-7 after the exposure that there was some redness under my penile Frenulum but I think that it might be normal on my penis and my anxiety is making me think everything is a symptom.

Please let me know what you think, I will be getting a pcr rna hiv test on day 12.

I took an rna pcr hiv text 12 days after the encounter, I received negative test results 5 days after, I will be getting tested again with an antibody test in 3 months to confirm everything, although I still have some worry I am extremely grateful.  Right after the test I dropped to my knees and thanked God, I would also like to thank the person that replied to me here. This has been the most stressful and scary thing that has ever happened in my life and I am so glad that it is in my past.  I had  a VERY risky encounter but I was shown mercy, I wi most likely not engage in sex until marriage now because I realize how quickly you can ruin your life from doing something that lasts for only minutes.  If anybody reads this that is going through the same anxiety/stress/worry just know that I did something insanely stupid as well and I was fortunate enough that it did not affect me for the rest of my life, once again thank you for helping me get through this.

I asume it was a male-to-female transgender or similiar. Anyway, you had some risk. Although the exposure was brief, the risk still exists. A pcr test on day 12 is not 100% conclusive but if negative (I expect and wish it will) it will be a very good indicator. I recommend you to test for other STD´s. You can test for chlamydia and gonorrea right now and 6 weeks after exposure for syphilis. I recommend you that not because I think you have anything but because you are going to be tested for HIV and it´s better to be safe than sorry.
Most people don´t have STD´s and most single exposures don´t lead to an infection. Please keep that in mind as it will help you with your anxiety.
If you don´t mind, tell us the result of your test. Good luck!

Sorry I should have been more specific, this was with a "transvestite" but they were born with both so I'm not sure if that is the correct term (hermaphrodite maybe), I was the insertive partner and I really only felt my head go in (forgive me for being crass), a few other things to note is that I believe they used an enema with soap and water before it happened, lube was also used and I would say it only lasted 1-2 minutes, and I know this most likely makes no difference but I cleaned myself off with antibacterial soap after it was done.

Was it with a woman or with a man?
Firstly keep in mind that most people don't have STD's and most exposures don't lead to an infection.
Oral sex is low risk for most of STD's and zero for others, like HIV.
Unprotected anal was the riskiest practise. Was it insertive o receptive?
