I met a guy and messed around with him after only knowing him a month..friend of a friend....both married.  I gave him oral..not to completion and he gave me a hand job.  That was about a month ago and I have had a constant sore throat since..right after it happened I had one course of a z-pack and now I am on Cipro..both for sinus infection.  Is there anyway I could have caught an STD also..I have also had a constant tingling in my penis...it is more just discomfort when urinating or ejaculating.  HELP!!!  Thanks--Chris

It probably would have but no guarantee because those are not the recommendated medication, but as I said probably would have. The Dr's on this site say that oral gonorrhea often cures it self in about 6-8 weeks.

Thanks...Even if I had contracted..wouldnt 3 rounds of antibiotics...zpack, ceftin and now cipro have gotten rid of that.  I have sinus issues and have had all of those since the encounter.  --c

The answer you have received is not accurate. You had a small risk for oral gonorrhea and it often does not show symptoms. If you want you can have a throat swab done but I don't see a real reason for it. As for your penis you had no risk for a STD.

Sounds like gonorrhea to me, I would suggest you to see your doctor and have a lab. test -blood, urine and gram stain
