Frequent urinating.... Testicle swollen ??? STD

I have frequent urination and scrotum swollen. I tested twice with STD check for 10 panel test and all test came negative. Then I went to my doctor he said for ultrasound and ultrasound showed varicocele only but I had WBC in my urine test so, my doctor said it could be epidydmisis that didn't show in ultrasound and gave me doxycycline for 10 days with an injection. But my condition has not improved. I still have urge to urinate and painless swollen in scrotum. Please help me.

Hi not sure what we can do for you here but i will say that the urge to urinate indicates pressure on the urethra so it maybe prostate related. Enlaged prostate can cause this.
