Given 4 antibiotics for STDs i had symptoms for but didn't have (terrible doctor?)

I went to two different doctors for this issue and was prescribed 4 different antibiotics for STD symptoms (light penis rash, itching after ejaculation) they thought I had, but had tested negative for all STDs (After and unprotected encounter. I am male). I am very worried taking all these antibiotics will cause damage to me in the long run. Here is what I was prescribed
1. July- Doxycycline Hyclate for a week (was told should "clean any issues up down there")
2. August - 1G Azithromycin/ and Ceftriamone Injection simultaneously ( was told"I've seen chlymedia/gonorrhea not show up in tests so this will knock that out")
3. September- 2G Mitradonazole- "this maybe trichomoniasis- was told "there is not really a test for that so here is the treatment")
4. October- Lastly- I had an ear infection and was given amoxicillin (which is the appropriate treatment for that)

I know the doctors abused the prescriptions until the ear infection but will taking all these so close hurt me in the long run?- I haven't taken antibiotics for years
