Gono 3x drg rstnce

I am just a bit worried. I am a registered nurse and a medical student.
I had gonorrhea 3 times i think. First went to a doctor and confirmed positive. I took cefixime and doxy, and second time (without drs prescription) ceftriaxone 1 gm starting dose and doxycycline for a week (2 caps/day), den last time 2 caps of cefixime and den 3 caps/ day of doxy for 10 days. Honestly, im sexually active and im just so scared because iim still feeling uncomfortable with my penis..not burning but a little bit uncomfortable. My concern is that, can i be drug resistant with doxy because iive been taking it. What do u mean when u say drug resistant?
Last 2 nyts, i had sex and im feeling that i have a gonorrhea. Could it be possible that i could have it without urethritis or burning sensation when urinating? Can i have it wihtout discharge? Because im checking it but no discharge but when i do like milk it, there is a little discharge. Is it gonorrhea or it might be that im milking it too often and forcing something to come out? If i have gonorrhea what medicine should i take? Is it ok that i could have cefixime 2 caps as starting dose then doxy 500mg/ cap 2 times a day for a week only? Is it ok? Or can i just take it without confirmation? Is it ok? Please help me

Drug resistant means that all the common recommended drugs and time frame don't work, some new course needed with a longer time frame.

Are you having sex with or without a condom?
