Guess the infection

If you had typical vaginal infection pains, discharge, etc., and your doctor prescribed ALL of the following drugs, what diagnosis would you say your doctor made??

Metronidazole (trichomoniasis and bacterial vaginosis)
Levofloxacin  (urinary tract infections)
Wilprafen (chlamydia)
Fluconazole (candidiasis/thrush)
Rocephin (gonorrhea)
Gentamicin (variety of bacterial infections)
Voltaren (inflammation)
Longidaza (inflammation)

Thank you in advance.

Thanks Grace.  I ask this question because my wife has been diagnosed with trichamonas and made the only logical conclusion with these facts that I cheated on her and passed on the infection.  Thing is, I haven't been unfaithful and have had myself checked and show clear.  My assumption from her medication is that her doctors have no idea what the actual infection is, because otherwise they would treat her for that infection, not every other infection under the sun?  If she had trichomonas, wouldn't I have caught it from her??

we really can't help you much with this to be honest.  most providers just treat for the usual std's instead of waiting for test results to come back and this certainly appears to be the case here though just listing medications without time lines and test results makes it hard in general.
