I can't eat, or sleep, because i'm so worried. about a week after incident, i suddenly, very suddenly, caught a cold, i started sneezing like crazy, throat became scratchy, and had a productive cough with congestion.
The escort seemed very professional, and is adamant about using condoms and no anal with her clients. I didnt notice anything sickly about her, she seemed kind of thick, like she eats well. I am in Texas, and the escort was a black woman, who charged $100 for an hour.
1) Could such a sudden cold be a precursor to an STD? i've read HIV symptoms resemble flu and cold, initially.
2) What are my chances from the 5 minutes of unprotected sex plus uprotected oral, of me picking up HIV, Chlamydia, or Herpes?
3) Can I get an STD from a person who is STD-free? In other words, if she STD-free, should i still be worried?

A cold is not a sign of a std!
your risk was very low in general. follow up for peace of mind with your testing, not because it's likely you contracted something.

I dont want to scare you but you had a risk, albeit a small one time unprotected episode is a small risk but a risk.
5-7 days gono and chylmydia
6 weeks syphillis and hiv is a excellent indication of hiv status
3 months- herpes and HIV for an absolute conclusive test.
Just to let you know most people including CSW dont have HIV. Your chances are very small of contracting anything.
