HELP: Important Question!! AhHHhhhHH!!!

OK, should someone worry (someone meaning me lets be real about it) if they see a blemish on their penis? it looks like a small white head thats been popped already.. it just has a red center, no puss or anything. should that someone ( I ) be worry??

Most of the time things like the blemish is not STD related.

oooh by the i dont have any sympthoms, no flu or burning but i do seem to pre-*** more then i think i normal person should... its like a sticky clear liquid discharge that comes out when i get hard.. and it doesnt take much for it to start coming out, sometimes it comes out before i even get hard. i dont know if that makes any difference but thats the only change ive noticed
