HIV and Syphilis scare

Male 45 – Seattle. Had 3 encounters with 3 different CSW (Agent Escorts) all females.

1st encounter involved only fingering and hand job (Her age 21)
2nd encounter involved only fingering and protected intercourse (age 26)
3rd encounter involved only fingering and protected Oral sex, she licked my ball.  (age 54)

On the 11th day of my 1st encounter, 9 days 2nd encounter and 6 days 3rd encounter I had and STD test for (HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia and Syphilis) and came back negative.

1. Is the test good enough to move on with my life or do I need another test?
2. What was my risk of HIV and Syphilis? Worried about the balls licking.

I have no idea what the stats are in that area. why not ask your local health department?

Is it true that you would only get Syphilis if come in contcat with the sore?
Also what is the stats on syphilis in WA (Seattle)?

protected oral sex isn't a risk for std's.

fingering and hand jobs aren't risks for std's.

protected sex is only a risk for syphilis, herpes and hpv. the risks of those are fairly low in general and your testing for syphilis was done far too early.
