Testing needed?

I am a 40-year oId male who recently (7 days ago) had unprotected oral sex performed on me for about 5 minutes by a woman who I didn't know very well. I did not get the sense she was promiscuous, but from my recent behavior, I don't know that I'd be the best judge of that. This activity was, of course, outside of my normal relationship. Anyway, here is what I've been able to glean from the archives:

-HIV risk - effectively none. No test needed.
-Syphillis - very low risk, particularly in heterosexual males. Would likely notice symptoms on genitals. No real need to test.
-Chlamydia - never proven transmitted via fellatio. No need to test.
-Herpes - Absent obvious symptoms in the woman's mouth, very low risk. Would also likely notice symptoms on genitals.
-Gonorrhea - rarely acquired by fellatio, but it does happen. From the archives, the doctor seems to advise against testing in the absence of symptoms (painful urination, discharge).

I do not have any symptoms, but really don't like leaving anything to chance, so I am still considering testing for mainly gonorrhea.

I am just looking for any feedback or advice on what to do from here.

Thanks

Syphilis rates are very different in different areas, but in the US, it is not that common of an infection.

Where you live can alter your chances of syphilis.  You can find out your area's rates by googling "syphilis statistics and your area"

You summed it up pretty nicely. Oral is almost zero chance for transmission of STDs. I predict your tests will be negative. If in doubt an exam is a good idea.
