Had some symptoms that make me question on my recent risk of catching any stds

About a month ago I seen an escort and we had protected vaginal sex and protected oral. Condom was intact the whole time and I didn't even ejaculate because I was just not into the whole thing. Now over the past week I have been having a list of various symptoms that could be related but I'm unsure. Ive had diarrhea on/off, a sore throat but only in the morning, a rubbery lump on the left side of my neck feels like about the size of a pea, some upper abdominal pain and nausea. I also had a lump sensation when I was swallowing for a couple days that went away, but only occurred when I was drinking not eating solid food. No fever or fatigue and I've felt very good besides these few problems. I was just wondering if any of these symptoms could be caused by an std or what my risk was for this one time encounter? Thank you
