Chlamydia igg reults

Chlamydia igg result came as .73 against the index value of .8 to be negative. It is very close to .8. I got it done through dr lal path lab in India. This is after 3 months. My pcr test after 6 days of exposure came to negative. Should I be worried because .73 is very close to .8

Hi No you should not be worried but i must say that test for chlamydia is not done with blood as only shows antibodies from a past infection and in your case you never had it. tests are done with swab or urine
