Is this an infection?

I had sex without using a condom 4 days ago. At first i did not have any problem, but from yesterday ( after 3 days) i noticed that i have a rush on the glands penis. Although it is painless, I am not sure whether it is an infection or not. Could this be an infection? Someone please help me. The lady that I slept with says has no such problem on her genitals. I am worried.

you had unprotected sex so you can follow up with proper testing at the proper times. you can test for chlamydia and gonorrhea anytime after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months.

if your rash continues, see your provider for a proper exam.

A rush? Do you mean a rash? If so that is not a STD symptom.
