whats wrong with me?

I dont know whats going on with my penis.. I have had these small bumps on the shaft/head for years, and ive been to two doctors, and none have been able to tell me what is the cause or how to solve it..

Anyway, in addition to this, is that I keep getting these painful bumps on my penis and also on the base.. my genital area is also very itchy, and lately my sperm has been really watery..I've attached some pictures.. maybe someone can help and suggest would could be the cause of these small tiny skin like bumps, or maybe you could tell me what the other bump on my penis could be?

have you had full std testing done? was herpes testing included in your testing?

have you sought out the opinion of a dermatologist yet?

Hi and welcome, When it comes to these issues it would be best to see a dermatoligist as they specialize in things of this nature. If your going to doctors and they dont have an opinion then your going to the wrong group.
