Hello I would like to know what am i suffering with ?

I had unprotected sex with two girls in a weeks time.  The last unprotected sex was on 13/09/2013.  The girl had some white discharge from her vagina and it was swelling fishy.  Two days after sex i had white discharge from penis and i consulted the dermatologist and he said looking at it it is UTI. He told me to get the urine test done. I got my urine test the same day at 12:30 pm and the result were normal, nothing was detected in urine. The discharge still was there. The same day i showed to another doctor and he says could be chalmydia or gonnerea. He told me take 1Gram azithromycin and 1 gram IV monoceif. I tool another 1.5 mg the next day, so in total 2 days i have taken 2.5 mg azithromycin and 1 gram moneceif. The white discharge stopped, but i started having diarrhoea  for few days so to stop diarrhoea i had to take norflox TZ which i did, but it was good only for a day or two. Till today my stools are semisolids with undigested food particles, no pain in stomach.  i had given my pus for culture on 17/09/2013 and the result for that came was Haemophilus parainfluenzae. I asked my doctor and he said nothing to worry. I was really scared so i got my urine again and stool test done . The report for urine was normal and stool report says undigested food particles. I was confused and i don't know what to do.  

I got my HIV / Sphylis / Herpes 2 Antibody IgM &IgG / Routine urine / Anti HCV / CBC at 12 weeks and everything was negative. I was relieved, but from past two days i feel burning in my urethera and frequency of urine had increased.


MY Question are
1> It it that have taken azithromycin with is to cure chalmydia and gonnerea and not for UTI? How effective is it for UTI
2> I am still facing with semisolid stools. The frequency of going  to stools is from 1 to 3 times max in a day? what the reason?
3> The burring in also after mastrubation and i do not have any burning while i am passing urine?
4> From past two days i am feeling cold in my penis / scrotum and both thigh near the groin area.
5> No pain while passing urine or stools? what stools are semisolids.?
6> Any other test to be done?

2. with stools it could be your diet as has nothing to do with STD,s.
3. stop masturbating so your urethra can heal.
4. most likely anxiety but you might since all your tests came back negative.

6. you may have a Trich test just to rule it out.

1. it should but with a UTI we dont know what it is. UTI is also called NGU which only means its not gonoreha. UTI,s can be a little tricky to get rid of due to the unknown factor. Just follow up with your doctor.
