Help!!!! Exreme sensitivity for 1 month

Hi!

I have been diagnosed with Ureoplasma. I am negadive for Herpes, Clamydia etc.

I did this test due to having UTI symptoms with negative culture and pain in Urethra.I also had a Cycstoscopy tha came back negative,

The problem is that despite the UTI symptoms I have a very  weird Sharp pain and the skin  isvery red and very sensitive to touch... The culture came back negative for yeast (I only found some Gram (+)) but still redness is there.... Could STD Ureoplasma cause this redness and sensitivity?

Please help

Hi!!!!

I had a blood work dOne.aree there many ways to test?i did it for herpes II. If you have symptoms of pain without blisters can the results be wrong I mean would it take more time to reveal on a test?

I will start antibiotics treatment on monday...

The doctor thought of herpes due to the stabbing pain I had but before I found out having ureaplasma.now without treatment the uti symptoms and staving pain have gOne and what remains is the irritation.

My concern is if ureaplasma could act like yeast infection and give this sensitivity.

it's  a LEEP, not a loop you are having for the hpv treatment :)

it's not unusual for our clitoris to get red and irritated easily. at this point, just a barrier cream genitally to soothe irritation and protect the skin is probably the best course of action - desitin, a&d, zinc oxide etc.  If the pain and redness continues for more than a week of that, follow up more with your gyn.

what herpes testing did you have done?  do you have a regular partner?  how long prior to your testing had you last had sex?
