Someone please help!

About 2 weeks after having sex with my ex I started getting extreme burning in my penis but it was on and off every few weeks until it became everyday. When that happened I ifgured it must be an STD and went and got tested and everything was negative Ive taken Azithromycin, metroNIDAZOLE, Doxycyline hyclate, ciprofloxacin hcl, and levofloxacin, these all supressed the systoms but it always comes back has been like this for about a year now.
I have redness on testicles and penis more so when I urinate and it burns more through out the day the more I urinate my seamen is yellowish and I have some discharge sometimes with a little swelling at the shaft of the penis some times but not always.

No you must drink more. You have to see another urologist. There must be an explanation apart from bacteria.

Describe the burning a little more, is it a general feeling? Where and how do you feel it?

That's very narrow, how many visits have you had? You been back to tell them the symptoms are ongoing?

With these symptoms, the doctor should be testing you well beyond chlamydia and gon. Has your doctor looked for a range of bacteria including micoplasmas?
