Help been worried for months.

Hi so i haven't had any type of intercourse, I have just masturbated and it was clean, I did this for a long time and I didn't even think about washing my hands at all! I'm so stupid and now I'm a worried, can u get Syphilis from doing this since if touched benches, tables, doorknobs, trollies etc. from being at the shops and school. If the bacteruim from the open sores on the palms of the hands be on those objects then I touched it then went home and masturbated I could get it?!!!!!!! Please help, Months ago I noticed on my little sister circled scab like rings with a small hole in the middle of it on the sole of one of her feet. She had only one on the other but wasn't on her sole it was on the side. Could this be syphilis? She had them on her feet when I noticed it for a week and a half, I asked if she had stepped or been bitten by anything she said no. I always play with my sister and I have it to her by touching her things and what not. I havent had symptons but u can still have it and not know it at all.
The bottom line is can u or can you not? Is there a possibility from unclean masturbating. And if those scans aren't Syphillis sores what could they have been?  Can I get anything else other than syphilis like HIV, HPV :/

Un-believ-able.

The great news is:

Your little sister does NOT have syphilis!

Just though I'd make that clear.  Secondly as stated you can not get any STDs from masturbating.

no, you won't get std's from touching surfaces!

masturbation is as safe as it gets dear !

also very unlikely your sister had a syphilis sore on her foot!

Highly unlikely to get any Sexually transmitted Disease without the Sex part. Relax. Possibly a foot wart, which is a different strain than a genital wart - It's easy to wash up, and ease your mind.
