No, there is no risk here. To transmit an STD, you need direct, unclothed genital to genital contact with friction. It needs a lot of friction, usually the kind associated with intercourse.
A break in the skin of your thigh will not transmit anything.
You had no risk for HIV or any other STDs.

Gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU, mycoplasma, and trich all need to enter your urethra to infect you. They don't infect your thigh, or anywhere else.
Herpes, syphilis, and HPV don't need to enter the urethra, but they require great friction to transmit. Syphilis would require her to have a sore present in order for her to transmit it to you. The skin on your thigh is too thick for anything to penetrate, and the scab on your pimple, and the size of it, would prevent transmission of these things, and HIV.
Again, you had no risk.
