Help please

HI. So recently a situation has been on my mind for a long long time, and it has been killing me. A year and a half ago i was very intoxicated and had unprotected sex at college. Ive regret that decision for a long time now. I asked the female about 4 months later if she had any stds and she said "no and ive been checked many times". I asked her a second time about a month ago and she again said "no i take that stuff seriously, ive been checked a lot". I trust her answer but, ive been having weird symptoms since then. The main symptom being that ive been coughing up yellow-greenish phlegm for about 2 years now and I have 0 clue what it is from. While searching about green phlegm Ive seen many things written about HIV with green phlegm and it has been scaring the **** out of me. I had a small lump on my penis and it took a lot of courage to go to the doctors to check it out where she told me everything looked very healthy. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance

You don't have to be concerned . Stop worrying .

As you told, you made all possible STD tests and all come up negative ,.

Sputum last for 2 years , you should visit a chest doctor for examination and investigations ,..
