Gonnorhea?

Hi, I had unprotected sex about 4.5 weeks ago. Then the week before last I had unprotected sex again with someone who I know is std clear. The day after that I had a couple of red spots on my glans and a touch of redness along the side of my glans. Last week I was worried so got checked up, I hadn't Been experiencing any symptoms but the second lady I had sex with was by then feeling extremely itchy externally and some discomfort inside along with occasion abdominal pain.

When I was getting checked up they said that I did have symptoms which were clear discharge and pus when my urethra was swabbed (I also had to do a urine sample). I was told to come back in 30 mins, I'm not sure if they checked things out then but I was given 1g azothromicyn for chlamydia (just in case). Would they have written off some possible infections then?

Since then I have noticed more clear discharge which doesn't smell and I would say is scant, the spot has turned into more of a blotch around the tip of the penis which seems a little inflamed now. No pain or itchiness.

its been 4 days since the treatment for chlamydia but I still have the discharge and the redness around the tip is more prominent than ever.  Should I be concerned that it is gonorrhea or trich?

HI, if the discharge was "pus" then that would be consistant with an STD but there should be some urethra discomfort as well like urethra itching or a burning while urinating. But mild symptoms would be consistant with chlamydia. On the other hand, Gono would be big time wihte puss discharge that would appear about 6 days post exposure and the burning while urinating would have been unbearalble so i think you can rule Gono out but you might test for trich as well to be on the safe side.
A clear discharge is more from mucus production to sooth an irritated area and really not symptomatic of an active std like gono or trick.
The red penis blotches maybe fungal related.
Since your last girl has itchiing you might have her tested and treated as well so its not passed back to you.

Not really at this point, maybe just irritation.

Though the clinic said three weeks until results just yesterday, today they have told me all results are negative including the Chlamydia they treated me for.

The tip of my penis is still rather inflamed though and last night there was a slight burning just for a second or two when I started urinating (this happened three maybe four times including this morning). Canesten cream seems to make it worse not better.

The second lady I had sex with is still a little itchy at times only externally and her vulva is still a little red and inflamed also, she has said that Daktacort relieves it for a long time. Any ideas what the problem could be?

thanks

Thanks for the quick answer, One more.

The clinic is saying 3 weeks before the test results, I was expecting them to come as and when, but apparently I have to wait for the longest result to get them all. So I may pay for a quicker result. What is the earliest I could get restested and know I wont get a false positive for chlamydia? or should i just get tested asap and ignore that result for now since I have received treatment already?

It could be yeast, body flushing the bacteria a different infection. Can't say which it is.

Is it normal for the tip/meatus to get more inflamed after treatment for chlamydia? it is definitely more red and swollen than the day I had treatment. I am on day 6 after treatment now.

I believe the second girl is also on day 6 after treatment and the itching has subsided after using internal and external thrush treatments, As we thought the medication caused a bit of thrush for her (it seemed to be a mild itch then a flair up real bad a few days after the azithromycin), is it possible that happened to me and still is and it wasn't chlamydia all along? or that I am inflamed because of the body flushing out the infection? or is it more likely the treatment didn't work or I have some other std?

Thanks,
